Ushguli
Ushguli consists of several villages, each of which is famous for its medieval towers, which served as protection from enemies. Ushguli is located at the foot of Mount Shkhara and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its unique architectural and cultural traditions. One of the main attractions is the Church of Lamaria, built in the 9th-10th centuries. The road to Ushguli is difficult to access, but the landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains and glaciers make this place unique and beautiful to visit.
